The Process
Consultation
Grant will meet with you onsite to discuss your personal style, budget, timeline, layout, aspect and materials to develop a design brief. Drawing on his expertise, Grant will guide you through the process and work with you to make sure your new home is tailored perfectly to your lifestyle.
Design
The brief is then used to develop early design concepts and options which are presented to you for your consideration and revision. Grant works closely in this design phase to work with budget considerations. This process is repeated until you’re completely happy with your house plans.
Quote & Contract
After a design is approved you will be presented with a quote and specifications for consideration or revision. After quote acceptance we move on to the contract and then the fun begins!
Build
Once the build begins we like to keep you in the loop with each milestone achieved with regular communication and site meetings. Build time depends on your plans but we always work hard to meet pre-established timelines.
Delivery
The day everyone waits for! After your final payment we begin the handover process. Keys, warranties, manuals, everything is you need to move in is provided to begin life in your new home.
Aftercare
We follow up to make sure you’re enjoying your new home. We also offer a 12 month maintenance period to address any concerns you may have.
