From the outset you are drawn to this Golden Beach home by its clean sharp lines of weatherboard clad parapets and cantilevering rendered bulkheads, softened by a timber look screening and enclosed by sandstone clad fencing with automated vehicle and pedestrian gates.
The aim was to design a home to maximise the usability of the 566 square metre site with the inclusions of a pool and backyard space for the family pets. The north facing elevated magna pool, positioned to capture the best aspects of the block, is separated only by floor to ceiling glass to the main living area, emanating the highly sought after resort style living on the Sunshine Coast. The block size and shape were carefully considered to focus on a more vertical approach when creating this aesthetically pleasing modern contemporary beachside home.
